Details
Broad Aims: The aim of this course is to give the learner knowledge and skills to Safeguard Adults and effectively prevent abuse with confidence to report any suspicions they may develop. The learner will also gain knowledge in recognising the signs of abuse and how to manage them in accordance with current legislation, company policies and procedures.
Overview: This course has been developed to give the learner basic knowledge in defining terminology, recognising different types of abuse and understanding the importance of responding to acts of abuse. Upon successful completion of the course, leaners will be awarded the Level 1 Award in Safeguarding Adults;
